  • Our medically supervised weight management program is designed to help you achieve sustainable results while improving overall health and confidence. Led by doctoral-prepared nurse practitioners, this program focuses on personalized care, education, and long-term lifestyle changes. The membership is $350 per month and it includes an initial comprehensive evaluation with lab work, detailed body composition analysis using InBody technology, individualized nutrition counseling, customized meal planning guidance, and tailored exercise recommendations. Monthly InBody scans allow you to track your progress while regular follow-ups provide ongoing support and accountability. Members also receive a monthly B12 injection to support energy and metabolism throughout their wellness journey. This program is designed to support healthy, lasting transformation from the inside out. FDA-approved GLP-1 medications may be available for eligible patients at an additional cost, depending on whether they meet medical guidelines for treatment.
